Most of the Gmail user (including me) uses Gmail chat interface to chat instead of Gtalk.Gmail has done major change in its chat window to make it easier to operate.Although video,audio and group chat were already there in Gmail chat window hidden in lower left corner under “video and more” menu but new improved chat interface makes it more easier to find and use video,audio and group chat features as shown in attached screen shot.If a friend lacks the proper plug-in for video chat, you can simply press a button to push a download link to them to get them up and running."Go off the record," "Block", and "Send SMS" links also has been moved to “Action” menu.
